AN ACT Relating to shoreline areas; and adding a new section to chapter 90.58 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 90.58 RCW to read as follows:

          It shall be a priority of the department of ecology to review and take action upon proposed adjustments to master programs by local governments.
