AN ACT Relating to use taxation; and adding a new section to chapter 82.12 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 82.12 RCW to read as follows:

          The provisions of this chapter shall not apply with respect to the use of manufacturing equipment which was owned and used in manufacturing in another state and which is brought into this state and placed in a factory and used in production in this state.
