AN ACT Relating to the naming of a state grass; and adding a new section to chapter 1.20 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 1.20 RCW to read as follows:

          The species of natural grass commonly called "bluebunch wheatgrass," agropyron spicatum, is hereby designated as the official grass of the state of Washington.
