AN ACT Relating to class H liquor licensees; and adding a new section to chapter 66.08 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 66.08 RCW to read as follows:

          The liquor control board shall not prohibit a class H licensee from providing dancing, live music, or other entertainment for its patrons.
