AN ACT Relating to deregulation of thoroughbred horse racing.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     This act shall be known as the deregulation of thoroughbred horse racing act of 1985.
