AN ACT Relating to gasoline trucks; and adding a new section to chapter 19.94 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 19.94 RCW to read as follows:

          Tanker trucks delivering gasoline to retail gasoline service stations shall be equipped with meters capable of measuring the amount of gasoline delivered to the service station.
