AN ACT Relating to the limitation of actions; and adding a new section to chapter 4.16 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 4.16 RCW to read as follows:

          The period prescribed in RCW 4.16.010 for any injury to the person or property of the person at the person's jobsite shall be eighteen months.
