AN ACT Relating to the board of pharmacy; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     This act shall be known as the board of pharmacy act of 1985.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.     The safety of our citizens and neighborhoods is dependent in part on the ability of the board of pharmacy to regulate the manufacture, distribution, and dispensing of controlled substances.
