AN ACT Relating to industrial insurance; and adding a new section to chapter 51.08 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 51.08 RCW to read as follows:

          For the purpose of this title, "physician" means a health care professional governed by chapter 18.25, 18.57, or 18.71 RCW.
