Prefiled with Secretary of the Senate 1/10/86.  Read first time 1/13/86.  Under suspension of rules read second and third times 1/13/86, and adopted.

WHEREAS, Many of the bills, joint resolutions, joint memorials, and concurrent resolutions introduced at the 1985 Regular and  Special Session of the 49th Legislature may require that they be considered at the 1986 Regular Session of the 49th Legislature;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring, That all bills, joint resolutions, joint memorials, and concurrent resolutions introduced in the 1985 Regular and  Special Session of the 49th Legislature, except measures enacted during the Regular and  Special Session, shall retain the same number, and are hereby reintroduced in the house wherein they originated, and are hereby accorded the same legislative status as they obtained in that house as shown by the official Senate and House dockets to have held upon the adjournment Sine Die of the Special Session, pursuant to Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 122.
