BACKGROUND:
Current law authorizes the Horse Racing Commission to cancel or revoke the license of any person who violates the horse racing chapter or the rules and regulations promulgated by the commission.
SUMMARY:
The Horse Racing Commission is authorized to impose a maximum fine of $1,500 on any licensee who violates the horse racing chapter or the rules and regulations promulgated by the commission.
