AN ACT Relating to mobile home park tenants; and adding a new section to chapter 59.20 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 59.20 RCW to read as follows:

          Whenever a mobile home park as defined by RCW 59.20.030(4), becomes a mobile home park subdivision as defined by RCW 59.20.030(6), the mobile home park owner or owners must pay all moving costs of any tenant not willing to purchase the mobile home lot which they occupy.  The moving costs to be paid shall be for intracounty moves only.
