AN ACT Relating to fishing licenses; and adding a new section to chapter 77.32 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 77.32 RCW to read as follows:

          Notwithstanding the provisions of RCW 77.32.010, the commission may adopt rules designating times and places when licenses are not required to fish for game fish.
