AN ACT Relating to the reporting and delivering of seized liquor to the liquor control board; and repealing RCW 66.32.090.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  Section 55, chapter 62, Laws of 1933 ex. sess., section 8, chapter 174, Laws of 1935, section 223, chapter 202, Laws of 1987 andRCW 66.32.090 are each repealed.
