AN ACT Relating to energy recovery or incineration facilities; and adding a new section to chapter 70.95 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 70.95 RCW to read as follows:

          All energy recovery or incineration facilities shall retain records of monitoring and operation data for a minimum of ten years after permanent closure of the facility.
