AN ACT Relating to casualty insurance; and adding a new section to chapter 48.22 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 48.22 RCW to read as follows:

          In issuing or renewing a policy insuring against loss resulting from liability imposed by law for bodily injury, death, or property damage, suffered by any person arising out of the ownership, maintenance, or use of a motor vehicle, an insurer that imposes a different rate based on the attainment of the insured of a certain age shall compute the premium based on the rates that would apply during each month of the policy period.
