AN ACT Relating to mobile home park landlord's liens; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     The owner of a mobile home park shall have a lien upon any mobile home located in the mobile home park for which the rental fees and charges authorized by the rental agreement are unpaid for a period of more than thirty days.  The lien shall have priority over all other liens and over perfected or unperfected security interests.  The lien shall be enforced pursuant to chapter 60.10 RCW.
