AN ACT Relating to vocational-technical institutes; and adding a new section to chapter 28B.10 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 28B.10 RCW to read as follows:

          Vocational-technical institutes may establish or lease, operate, equip, and maintain dormitories and may accept gifts, grants, and endowments for the construction or reconstruction of existing buildings or the acquisition of sites for dormitories.
