AN ACT Relating to the application of pesticides; and adding a new section to chapter 17.21 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 17.21 RCW to read as follows:

          A certified applicator shall provide material safety data sheets, as defined by WAC 296-62-05413 on any pesticide prior to its application.  The data sheets shall be provided to the person requesting the application of the pesticide.
