BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring, That House Concurrent Resolution No. 4426, as amended, be amended by inserting the following after the last paragraph:

          "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cut-offs established herein shall not apply to HB 2041, 2044, and 2049."
