AN ACT Relating to the Maple Street toll bridge in Spokane; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     The department shall develop a plan for removing the toll by June 1, 1989, on the Maple Street bridge in Spokane.  The department shall submit the plan to the legislature by January 15, 1988.
