AN ACT Relating to industrial insurance premiums for employers operating shake and shingle mills; and adding a new section to chapter 51.16 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 51.16 RCW to read as follows:

          The total base rate premium for employers within the classification of shake mills and shingle mills as defined by the department by rule shall not exceed the rate in effect for such employers as of January 1, 1986.
