AN ACT Relating to swimming pools; and adding a new section to chapter 70.90 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 70.90 RCW to read as follows:

          The owner of a multifamily housing facility that includes a swimming pool shall conspicuously post instructions in the vicinity of the pool for performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
