AN ACT Relating to the Olympic games; and adding a new section to chapter 41.04 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 41.04 RCW to read as follows:

          Each agency or political subdivision of the state shall provide compensated leave to employees participating as athletes or unpaid officials at the Olympic games or United States trials therefor.
