AN ACT Relating to the Prosser well at the Washington State University research center; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     The department of ecology shall sell its ownership interest in the Prosser well at the Washington State University research center for fair market value.  The proceeds of the sale shall be deposited in the emergency water project revolving account established under RCW 43.83B.300.
