AN ACT Relating to the sale of capitol souvenirs; and adding a new section to chapter 43.82 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 43.82 RCW to read as follows:

          The department of general administration may produce and sell, or purchase and resell, postcards and similar souvenirs that depict the capitol campus, its buildings, and environs.  Net proceeds from the sales shall be deposited in the general administration management fund under RCW 43.82.120 and 43.82.125.
