BACKGROUND:

 

Over time, various sections of the RCW become outdated or obsolete.  This may happen because the section directed something to be done (e.g., a study), and the date for its completion has now passed, or because a section is repealed in one bill and amended in another bill, or because all of the functions of a section have been transferred to another section.

 

SUMMARY:

 

Various obsolete provisions of the RCW are repealed.
