SYNOPSIS AS ENACTED

BACKGROUND:

The members of the Psychology Examining Board are appointed by the Governor to five year terms.  These terms run concurrently and are not staggered.

SUMMARY:

The terms of Psychology Examining Board members are staggered so that not more than two members' terms expire each year.  Thereafter, the terms are for five years.
