BACKGROUND:

In the past several years, the Legislature has modified various provisions of the bank code and has added or deleted sections of the code.  As a result, internal references in the bank code cite sections that either no longer exist or have been substantially changed.

SUMMARY:

Several technical amendments are made to the bank code correcting internal references.
