This provision does not limit the code official from inspecting such facilities under construction" and insert "A governing body of a county or city may inspect facilities used for temporary storage and processing of agricultural commodities"

(b) Deposits into the account under this section may not exceed two million dollars in any one year. Total deposits into the account may not exceed ten million dollars overall."
