Reading of the Journal of the previous day was dispensed with and it was ordered to stand approved.

There being no objection, the House advanced to the fourth order of business.

AN ACT Relating to the authority of counties, cities, and towns to regulate licensed retail marijuana businesses; amending RCW 69.50.325 and 69.50.334; adding new sections to chapter 69.50 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 36.01 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 35.21 RCW; and adding a new section to chapter 35A.21 RCW.

Referred to Committee on Commerce & Gaming.

There being no objection, the bill listed on the day’s introduction sheet under the fourth order of business was referred to the committee so designated.
