What are the department of ecology's enforcement options?

In enforcement of this chapter, the department of ecology may impose sanctions that are appropriate under authorities vested in it, including issuance of regulatory orders under RCW 43.27A.190, civil penalties under RCW 90.03.600 and 18.104.155, and criminal penalties under RCW 18.104.160.
