In any job separation where there is a potential disqualification under RCW
50.20.066(3), the employer is responsible for notifying the department in a timely manner when the issue is resolved.
If an employer notifies the department of a potential disqualification under RCW
50.20.066(3) within ten days of receiving the notice required by WAC
192-130-060, the department will review the claimant's eligibility for benefits.
