Where the board's order makes a finding of noncompliance and enters a schedule for the responding jurisdiction to achieve compliance, the respondent may file a motion for reconsideration requesting modification of the compliance schedule upon a showing of special complexity, specific hardship, or the need to coordinate the compliance action with other planning activities of the jurisdiction. The motion shall be filed and disposed of as a motion for reconsideration pursuant to WAC
242-03-830. Any later motion to extend time for compliance may require a compliance hearing and finding of continuing noncompliance before time may be granted.
