It is the responsibility of each applicant state-certified and licensed real estate appraiser, and registered real estate appraiser trainee to notify the department of a change of business location and/or physical and mailing address for receiving certified mail and service documents. Change of address notification shall be made within ten days of the change of address. If appraisal work files are stored at another location from the appraiser's place of business then such location shall be reported to the director upon request.
