(1) WSUV reserves the right to close any campus parking area at any time it is deemed necessary for maintenance, safety, events, construction, emergencies, or to meet special needs. Parking services provides notice to users when possible.
(2) WSUV public safety or parking services may authorize the towing of vehicles parked in areas that are designated to be used for emergencies, special needs, maintenance, events, or construction. Towing is at the owner's expense.
(3) Public safety and maintenance personnel performing official duties may deviate from these regulations as required to conduct emergency procedures.
