If a selected grower defaults on a lease agreement, the department retains ownership of the equipment and will make the equipment available to other asparagus growers. Availability will be determined by whether any other applicant that was not selected is interested in leasing the equipment or if none, if any other asparagus grower is interested in leasing the equipment.
