Individuals may use campus walkways to disseminate free literature, except commercial advertising; however, such dissemination shall not be permitted to interfere with individuals entering or leaving buildings or with building occupants. This privilege may be revoked if deemed necessary by the university. Dissemination of literature within any buildings, limited or restricted use areas, including the stadium or tennis courts, is prohibited.
