Discriminatory or harassing conduct may also be, or occur in conjunction with, criminal conduct. Criminal complaints may be filed with the following law enforcement authorities:

(1) Kitsap County sheriff's department;

(2) Bremerton police department;

(3) Poulsbo police department;

(4) Mason County sheriff's department;

(5) Shelton police department; and/or

(6) Washington state patrol office.

The college will proceed with an investigation of harassment and discrimination complaints regardless of whether the underlying conduct is subject to civil or criminal prosecution.
