The employment security department administers several distinct programs in Titles 50 and 50A RCW through the Washington Administrative Code. The provisions in chapters 192-04 through 192-499 WAC apply to the Employment Security Act in Title 50 RCW and other programs administered by the employment security department, except for the paid family and medical leave program. Chapter 192-500 WAC and thereafter (chapters 192-500 through 192-999 WAC) apply to the paid family and medical leave program in Title 50A RCW.
