Whenever there is reason to believe that an employee has been poisoned or injured by exposure to pesticides while on the job, you need to provide the medical services required by WAC
296-307-13055.
You must:
Maintain handling records for covered pesticides
Implement a medical monitoring program
Identify a physician or licensed health care professional
Make cholinesterase testing available
Respond to depressed cholinesterase levels
Provide medical removal protection benefits
Maintain records
