(1) Disabled or inoperative vehicles shall not be parked on the campus for a period exceeding twenty-four hours, without authorization from the vice president of business and finance, or designee.

(2) Vehicles parked over twenty-four hours without authorization may be impounded and stored at the expense of either, or both, the owner and operator thereof.
