(1) Operators of illegally operated or parked vehicles shall be warned or cited through appropriate means that they are in violation of these regulations. All fines are payable at the business office.

(2) In instances where violations are repeated, and in the judgment of the vice president of business and finance, or designee, with appropriate documented evidence, said vehicles may be impounded.
