Type of drills.

In addition to the National Preparedness for Response Exercise Program, ecology may conduct the following unannounced drills at Class 2 facilities:
Type of Drill
Drill Expectations and Duration
Deployment drills
These drills may involve testing whether or not the facility can deploy personnel, boom, recovery, and storage equipment as described in WAC 173-180-222.
Notification and emergency shutdown procedure drills
These drills may involve testing the facility's ability to follow the notification in the response plan and emergency shutdown procedures described in the operations manual.
