(1) The department determines the rate that is paid to support a client in a licensed foster home by conducting a foster care rate assessment.
(2) DDA conducts the foster care rate assessment:
(a) No more than thirty days after the date the child is admitted to a licensed foster home;
(b) Annually; and
(c) If a significant change occurs.
