Replace existing WAC 192-12-050, employer records. The new rule will be more in line with the record-keeping requirements of the Department of Labor and Industries. The provisions for farm operators will be moved to a separate rule, and will require that employers provide the name of the crew leader, contractors, and evidence of the farmer contractor's license.
