The board will discuss options for reducing the high school drop out rate and higher education planning issues. The board will also learn of research on transfer and articulation between two-year community and technical colleges and four-year public universities, industry skill panel activities, and progress on the Health Care Personnel Shortages Task Force strategic plan.
