Subject: Changes to chapter 388-14A WAC regarding the content and duration of administrative child support orders.

     Effective Date: February 6, 2006.

     Document Description: This notice describes to staff the 2005 changes to chapter 388-14A WAC relating to the definition of a dependent child, which affect the duration of an administrative support obligation. This policy also clarifies that the division of child support does not establish an administrative support obligation for a child who is over the age of eighteen.
