     Document Title: DCS Administrative Policy 1.23.

     Subject: When staff may not participate in purchasing property that DCS has seized.

     Effective Date: February 8, 2006.

     Document Description: This is a new administrative policy which gives clear guidance that division of child support (DCS) staff may not participate in purchasing property that notice explains to DCS has seized pursuant to a collection action.
