Subject: WAC changes regarding arrears payments on administrative support orders.
Effective Date: May 19, 2006.
Document Description: This notice explains to the division of child support (DCS) staff that DCS has adopted new rules which change the way we deal with back support debts. Effective May 11, 2006, DCS staff will set arrears payments when the administrative law judge in a support establishment hearing establishes a back support debt.
